  • Discretionary
    • Helena Jobs Incentive (HJI) Program – For jobs created within the city limits of Helena-West Helena (HWH), the HWH Industrial Park, or at the Helena Slackwater Harbor, this incentive provides a grant of $2,500-$7,500 per job created that exists for at least two years (with a maximum of $100,000 per project). This recently-launched program will run until all funds are exhausted.
